I know the feeling.

Four years ago I said my car would finished in 6 months.
Then it was a year.
Then it was 6 months after that.

Way back in may this year I was aiming for a september finish, then it was november,
now I just don't know.

Still, I'mm happy to crawl along at the snails pace I am, even if everyone else isn't.

If youve missed the deadline it means your doing a thorough job and nothing will go wrong.... its finished when its done

My Merc was going to take a year but that was back in 1995 and i havnt touched or seen it in 5 years

Not always. First thing on my car I did was rebuild the brakes.
They're now five years old without use, I probably need to replace the cylinders so they don't lead. :?
