Post subject: | which mag |
Hi Just trying to fix the mini up with some nice mags like the rest of us on here. I know others have done all this before so hope everyone dont mind. I have heard all the stories about which one rides better I kinda like 10’s but u get more rubber then mag in a way its hard to explain. Mags turn a plain jane to amazing jane. So I am debating between 1 http://www.minisport.com/mini-spare-par ... R12_H.html 2 http://www.midlandwheels.com/Shop/P-790 ... -A539.html I don’t car about disc etc and I don’t want 13’s end of story These are just the two examples i have and doesn’t mean ill buy em from those places. I also like something other then minilites or that design. Here is a pic of my car,,I need something to suit my car, the flares I will also be painting the same color of the car if that changes anything. ![]() I really appreciate any genuine and constructive feedback and thank all that comment. thanks |

Hi, Between those two my favourite is the Starmag. My ultimate favourite is the Rebels and one for sale now but you mentioned that you don’t want 13 inch. |

10's look better on a roundie IMO. Of the two you suggest I think the revolite looks more 60's period and fits with the car better than the starmag which it's more modern looking. I think it's really worth being able to see them on your car or a similar car, maybe someone can Photoshop them on to your car for you? Here are my favorites/suggestions... 10 x 6 original Mamba's really are nice if you can find a set. ![]() ....and the new Midlands Mambas look nice too (dish!!). They come in a 12 I think but I havn't seen a set on a car. ![]() |

I agree with the starmags being more modern. If you want period go the revolites Modern go the starmags The starmags look like the kind of wheels you should see of a rotary with a bogan behind the wheel. I do love my rotars though :3 |
