Hmm...Marcia has a rebuilt Wiring Harnes and I'v got most of her sorted but unable to keep the heat down in the cooling system which everything is new except the radiator which was flushed,

The 1 thing has me questioning is the IGN light stays on when the engine is running. I have put all wire on as per the digram in 1 of the Haynes books but could this happen if I'm 1 terminal out on IGN Switch

Battery out and back in Sue's Car. I'd prefer to change the brushed and Voltage regulator that way I know its done. I'm also going to take the Carb off again and give it a once over again as she does not want to rev properly any way..and chase down this heating problem (swap a few thermostats) & try again

sounds lean, could be the cause of your heat problems. hows your timing?

I was thinking that also...so spun it down a half turn which I thought would make it happy but didn't help. I used a EB Needle but have 2 TW & hard to see I think CL needle handy which would be closer than the TWs

Timing seams good but playing around with the Dizzy but idles good just don't rev at all
