I would use KMX from KMart if it were mine. Change every 5000km. Not sure what you 'should' use, but I doubt it would be too far removed from the low cost KMX. HPR30 or Castrol Edge (can't remember if it's 20 or 25 w50) are other options. |

No, Mini autos here could run 10W/30, 10W/40 or 20W/50. No probs with KMX 20W/50, or Valvoline etc 20W/50. Use oils rated SG or lower. later oils have no ZDDP in them (is needed to prevent cam and lifter wear). [edit] I'd change your oil and filter every 2500km (1500 miles) in an auto. Dirty oil is the main thing that buggers these boxes before their time. |

I dont do 2,500km in a year..!!! Its all emptied and changed every 6 months. |

I change my KMX every 1500mi in my manual. When it's this cheap, why wouldn't you?
(we'll ignore the fact that blow-by turns it black in my engine pretty quickly) |
