My Neighbor is selling the last model Gemini for $350. I have heard about various parts that fit Mini's. Is is worth getting? what parts can be used? Is anyone interested if I don't get it? It is unregistered and in Victoria.

In my opinion, NO.

Starter motors from the rear wheel drive models are an easy conversion, not sure if the FWD models fit. Maybe the alternator may fit, but I don't think you will get $350 worth of suitable spares from it.

Starter motors and alternators at the wreckers would be less than $100each.
