my external Rover (glass type) fuse box is getting old and begining to stop working..

has anyone installed a late model Rover (blade type) internal fuse box on an earlier external fuse box loom ?

It's not a job most people would do. The easier thing for you would be to install a blade fuse type setup (mounts on firewall) in the engine compartment like the factory did till 96.

Try and stay away from Blade fuse type fuse boxes. They are not very good at handling current and create voltage drops. Try and find a Glass fuse type box they are a better fuse box. NILES make a good 4 gang fuse box.
