i got it all running can see it doing the revs etc on the computer.

at the moment i'm using the distributer.

i hooked up the mega jolt but it is running like a bag of nails and is idling at about 500 revs maybe less on any map i load.

even if i commit a new map still running like crap.

one thing i have not done.

is touched timing or timed it in with a timing light and i do not know how to do or start. sure it is easy :)

the distributer is still in the engine, would i be right in thinking that even though i'm not running power to the coil or dizzy, still the dizzy will be giving me a mechanical advance?

so the mega jolt wont run right with the dizzy all hooked up???

tried in limp mode but as i said dizzy is still in so that would be giving a advance no matter what?

pretty confused but im booking it to get it tuned bit lost really.
