Guys what is the best way to get a good finish on the seams down each corner of the car. Im using a paintable seam sealer but itdoesnt look quite right (bumpy), is there a better way to apply it, can i just use bog since it can be sanded to shape? |

There is actually a special seam seal brush that should be used. The way that the seam covers are done in the factory, they applied the sealer inside the cover before fitting it to the body. They weren't sealed over once fitted. Probably the source of a raging debate, but I do like to leave them that way. They look better and less prone to rust that way. |

Dont use bog, it will crack and fall out. I agree with GT Mowog on how to apply the sealer, I would use Silkaflex and wipe the excess of with a rag soaked with thinners. |

I think one of you is talking seam sealer as in sealant, and one is talking seam cover..... |
