well you have all seen my car and the custom
air box thing i built and put on it well the other day i hit a snag
and the car started running werid.
I took it to link and they replaced the points but it still
did this thing were it felt like it was lagging when i
took it up to the higher rev rang.
well today i fixed it by making the other end of it hollow and putting in some foam so now it can suck from both ends maybe i will add more pipe to it and run two filters???
but to test it to see if i fixed it i needed to rev the hell out of it and well
bugger me there was a nice black darkish colour car on the side of the road
right near my street so to get past it i indicated and flew past it as there was another car in the middle lane close to me and then i was flashed.
the speed limit is 70kph on this road but im not sure how fast i was going possiby
80 or so maybe 85...or 90....not sure on rules in melbourne regarding on points lost and fine cost iether as last time i got caught i was doing 111kph in a 70 zone and lost me car for 1 month..and a 300 fine .i no i was bad.any idears what i can exspect as a fine and point lost???
p.s...at least i fixed the car...alls good now...now lag...so at least 1 thing good came out of it.

yeah, wonder how many people have died on that piece of road, tis why they would have a speed camera there yeah?? note: sarcastic tone

Looks like you'll get a surprise in the mail in a few weeks, then you'll know how fast you were "allegedly" going ;)

I'd be more worried about - second offence implications - over here if you don't learn first time they really shaft you second time round.

The revenue collectors strike again!!

Make sure you get the photo. If it shows more than one car clearly, they cannot confirm which car was speeding and you most likely will get off. In fact I would not worry about it until the fine arrives. It may never show up.

You will just get a fine and lose two or three points. No loss of license for less than 25 over.

diddnt realise if there was more than one car in photo they could not determin who was speeding???think im stuffed anyway as i diddnt see any other cars around.
will let everyone know in 14 days or so.last time i lost it it was good for me as i was able to save money due to not driving it.
if i do lose my licince it will be a good chance to remove my doors for some tlc and rust removing witch ive wanted to do for some time now.
