Worn starter solenoid.
If buying a new one, I found Lucas outlast Echlin (Lucas copy). My Echlin stopped working when hot after 3 months. :evil:

Location: JIMBOOMBA QLD.
After market solenoids were produced as a copy of the Lucas item because the Lucas items failed too. There are after market ones that last and they are cheaper than the LUCAS named ones.
