 Post subject: 1 1/2 SU needle

Hi all,
Just wondering roughly what the correct needle would be for a 1275 which has been bored to 1310 with ground cam?
Just for running in,
your help is much appriciated

depends on a whole heap of variables like cyl head mods, cam choice, inlet design/shape & exhaust system but still you can try

ok, yeah that`s the later "Bias" (Swinging) needle type , commonly called "Self-centering"

the needles i`ve listed would only be "starter" needles & depending on how the car reacts to one of those needles you`d then be able to make a discission as to where to go from there

but the later swinging needle type carb you sound like you have, to use the neddles that i`ve suggested , you`d have to buy the "Fixed-needle-adapter" to fit them

yeh its the swinging type. Would the abb needle be ok for running?
