Hi, I do not have the specs for the original. But when I go home I will mesure my bike`s radiator; it is very thin. Suzuki GSR 600 radiator and fan. Nice and compact. |

I am still at work at the moment. By the way it is not on the car, I never put extra radiator. I can see the advantage if it but never had the time to do it |

Okey back to home now. My bike radiator is; 38 cm wide 26 cm high and the thickness is 3 cm. it is quite small one but good enough for a 600 cc bike. Never goes over 79 C when you ride. If you idle long in the heat goes up to 95 and fan kicks in and drops it to 80 C again almost instantly. I think it is suitable as a axillary radiator due to being so thin. |

This one is from a Holden HQ / HJ heater (i think). Conventional copper, not alloy. From memory $130 brand new, plus $30 to convert it to 1/2 inch pipes to my length and angle and solder on the mounting brackets which I supplied. Works a treat. I am fitting a second one on the gaurd under the booster with a fan to assist cool the rear engine. Standard oil cooler will also fit. ![]() ![]() |

ah that looks neat man. [img] Uploaded with ImageShack.us[/img] what about something small like this? i was going to get it made in alloy might make more if it is cheap enough. neat fit & out the way & would be very efficient. i think they said they could make it one for 2 core for me. do you think my design would be ok? i was thinking mine would lay down & mount to the top of the grill bar. |
