Anyone know a blue-slip place / person who is easy with blue-slip?

My wheels sticks a little out so strictly speaking they can make it as a defect. But I see some minis similarly have wheels sticking out, especially the front but still on the road.

Grieg at Mini Classic in Ermington, he does not do the Blue slip himself. He does the work and gets someone else to do the slip.
