Any one know cause of smoke coming out the breather on flywheel housing , , apart from shitty rings and a rebuild on the way , or is it something else ,all advice appreciated thanx

pull out the dipstick (just for a few minutes at idle) and every other breather, if it stops, or breathes from other places... its just tired, and as mentioned, you may have some blockages of coke and general oil gunk.
