It was Goodwood Revival 2010. I only say it from about 8.20 but there were E types, some cobra's and a few ferarris.

Didn't see any Austins. The cobras were hardtops though. Was there more than one race??

musta been if you didn't see the austin a 35. a little dissapointing as the racing is much more enjoyable to watch compared to the modern stuff we get .

Ah but Dizzy Addicotts DART was a pleasure to see racing, & winning :-)

ah the good old Mini van wheel base shines through :-)

Don't forget the dodgy "5 main" Crank Matt! I don't recall 'Dizzy' having access to one of them! :?

It was a Swifty car that Dart!

Yeh, that was pretty cool. Obviously I was going for the Jem :D
Pity they got the facts so wrong about the Dart - It was the steel prototype to the Marcos and Jem (not a car built to compete with them). Stephen Wray did a fantastic job of restoring it.

yeah , journos & commentators always seem to stuff up the facts, maybe sensationalizing things, or maybe they`re just stupid

either way , i still like the mini Van wheel base

mini vans for ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agree, the humble Mini Van shines in the corners alright. Nick Swift's no slouch on the race track, his 1460 Mini was a rocket (as you'd expect for a Swiftune built car - it's his company!).
