There seems to be 2 too many digits in your part number. Colours were Red Bands (early), Blue or Silver (late).

And no need to SHOUT.

It's probably 21A2014 (Mk II Cooper S), with 67 being the year?

They're worth a bit:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MINI-MK2-COOPER-S ... 0286209609

The ones in this auction had silver band.

IN THE UK, THE MK2 WAS RELEASED IN 1967, AND THEN THE MK3 WAS RELEASED IN 69 :D

These bags are Pink colour coded on my "project GT". Can't see to get actual numbers stamped on bags.
Anybody know anything about these bags?

PS: Don't confuse UK Mk1,2 etc with OZ built cars.

Yes, great info there miniron, certainly fits what I've found on a few cars.

The stamping is very feint, can be a bugger to find, I also believe the 66, 67, etc to be a date stamp.

These were UK manufactured, so no suprise there could be a big gap between manf. and use....

:P

I have 2 GTs, i only have access to one of the sets of bags as the other is pumped up and my daily.

my 11/72 GT, i canot find any markings on the bags at all, and couldnt find any remnants of colour (it was a very very rusty car though)

Yep, you have to work pretty hard to find them...
