I just got back from todays OzMini 50 event held at the former BMC factory site at Zetland.
It was a great event. The usual fantastic selection of Minis new and especially old.
I also loved the heritage walk thru the former factory site - unfortunately too much of the old buildings have been demolished. State government gotten it wrong yet again. Should have at least kept the facades of some relevant buildings with residential infill in the back - but then that is too difficult for Macquarie St to comprehend$$

.
I went for the 12.30pm walk which was conducted by John Lindsay - nice guy. Joined later by another BMC colleague of his Alan Miller. Great time had by all.
Thanks for the experience, to the organisers.
