My clubman has got some rover tail lights fitted with the orange, red and clear (reverse light). I cant help but feel that make the make of the car look cluttered as they are slightly larger in length to a std clubman tail lamp with just orange and red.

Im chasing peoples opinions on what they like best. The stanard tail lamps of an aussie clubman with just red and orange, or do you like the reverse lamp included in the uk rovers?

Rover tail lights look good on Rovers.
And Clubby tail lights look good on Clubbies.
Having said that, I had a set of clear lenses on Rover bases on my Clubby.
I thought it was pretty cool, at the time

the best modification on a rover is to fit aussie lights....

i wish my roundie still had roundie tail lights.... someone put clubby ones on there when they de-seamed it... but that's another story.

for my money a rover with aussie clubby tail lights and a roundie dash is a beautiful thing.

Really? They must have forgotten to put the reverse switch and wiring in mine!

(It was built before ADR came into play) 10/71 (or at change over)

Given the response, it would appear some standard tail lights are being refitted to my clubman...

My old 72 clubby was the same. No lights when it was reversing.
No wiring or switch.
I just used the brake lights if i was worried about running into something at night.
