If the fluid was fresh when installed and then changed around every year there after, I'd expect 10 years +.

If however, the routine service is overlooked, then as little as a couple of years.

Remember that Brake Fluid is hydroscopic and so will absorb moisture.

<EDIT> Mind you, many years ago there were some cheap ones getting about that leaked within days of being fitted. Rubbish seals on them.

I had 2 `Brake Equipment' 5/8 rear ones leak recently, 6 months apart but each 12 months old- were OK after I fitted new seals to em.
