Just wondering if anyone has used these

and if so what are they like? Also what is the hose on the left and also on the one in the middle? I have only a top and bottom hose on mine with no off shoots. Cheers James.

I have a set on my car, no problems getting them to fit, but make sure you get some good narrow rolled lip hose clamps to secure them with.
