Careful, this could open up a huge can of worms.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

Keep it within the rules and raisto will get the recommendations that he seeks.

raisto - you might want to say exactly what you need done and then get recommendations on that basis and your location.

cheers

If you are after general mini parts i recommend karcraft, Great prices and super quick postage.

If your after a mechanic, umm i dont know cause we do it ourselves or visit a mate nearby.

*Can of worms welded shut*

cool, after nicely being pointed toward the drawing board, i believe a re-phrase is in order. (not digging on Mods, they're here for a reason.)

1. i have a '72 clubby rolling shell that's in need of ALOT of stuff, ie:

2.Interior. it has a steering wheel, one very sore and sorry rear seat and a door card. thus, anything not mentioned above is needed... yes, that includes alot of nuts, bolts and screws...

3. Exterior. it's mostly in primer so she needs paint, some minor panels need replacing. rear beaver, front lower half of grill/nose and the drivers side light area needs some minor beating.. again with the bolts and screws etc..

A. Where should i go for said items above.. preferably in melbourne as shipping can be a real killer and i'm not exactly D. trump.

B. If any one has services that i could use at a nice price or can point me in the right direction, feel free to send me a PM.

C. It may verywell be a Vtec conversion in the end, as the mrs has her eyes set on a roundie and i haven't the heart to do it to that one.
i will eventually post some pics when i can finally get some time to start on said project and have money/ room to play with. (shed currently has a friends project running so tarp it is.)

Cheers, for any help you guys/ gals can give.

Regards, Sean.

you may just be a man of interest, altho i'm out west...

i'm thinking of doing the painting my self, well most of the work my self, as i'm rather pov, but, i have doubts in what i am capable of and would rather get it right so if i chicken out, this will be the first car that i've done any form of REAL work to..
the others have been 'go to parts place, buy part, install, all good...

there's panel beating and panel replacing involved before the painting so i'm not all that keen, tho i am trying to use any sources i have (people i know) before out-sourcing (asking people on here that don't really know me yet).. i have a mate in warby that's more than capable of breaking up the journey, altho he's a rather tiring person after a long drive... lol... damn hyperactive types.

Cheers, Sean.
