Hey Guys,

Getting ready to order the parts I need, and am wondering what the difference between these parts is?

http://www.minisport.com.au/prod202.htm

and

http://www.minisport.com.au/prod1855.htm

I can see one is slightly longer, but cant figure out the main difference, first one seems like plastic? Anyway, some feedback would be great, and best of all, what would you use?

Cheers, Sam

The longer one is an Australian floor pan used after 67ish. You can see the channel running up the middle which was used to channel the hydro, brake and battery lines to the engine bay. The shorter panel is a repair panel used by most everyone until the option of the Oz panels came up last year.

The 1st one is for pommie and early aussie cars.
The 2nd one is aussie cars with hydro pipes.
What model car do you have?

Note: my late model clubbie has the 2nd type, so I would guess most aussie cars from 1968 til 1978 would have this type?

Yes. Even the vans used this style. Oz cars never got the Pommy square tunnel.
