 Post subject: need help with wiring

hey all need help wiring my mini up, got most of it done just need to know which wires go to what sides of the coil, starter solinoid, fuse panal and what the altenator wires run to, any help would be apretiated, pictures would help if anyones got any, the wiring harness is standard and it is a clubman with a 998 if that makes a differance. cheers!

Might be a good Idea to get a workshop manual and familiarize yourself with the wiring diagram or your car model. Remember cars of that age could have had any mods and repairs done to the wiring in the last 40 years or so. You might get suggestions that will not suit what is already on your car. Check the Circuit Diagrams and match Colours. It is not that difficult to understand. Unfortunately it is too far for me to come and give you a hand ! Good luck.

this should help you out #4 is the starter Solinoid

cheers, yeah that diagram helps alot more than the one i had, the wiring harness in the car is all as it came out of the factory, well i assume it is because i cant see any evedence of any modification and it came out a standard clubby
