All going nicely and not 1k from my Boys School she stops. Now its not the best time for this to happen as I'm dealing with a few this at the moment but I was carm and didn't loss it. Got out and fiddled with the coil and Dizzy and tried again and she started and was able to go around the corner and then it happened again. I have plenty of crank but nothing else. Unfortunitly I had no tools with me to check if fuel is running or anything else but tomorrow I'm taking off from work and also till Friday so Ill find a few things out but want to get a heads up first.
Places Ill look for is Fuel and Ign/Coil.
I do have Ign Light on and cranks good. Will check for spark going to plugs and also inside cap is good.
It just stopped, Nothing, all wires seem to be connect..any other idea's

Look at the basics, fuel and spark, although from your description 'it just stopped' most likely spark side of things.

Yep thats what i thought also GT which is why I grabed a coil and cap while at home. I really thought it was a wire broken off some where but all looks good their and when putting the car together I mad sure all terminls were clean & or new. Hmm pump..You may have a point, I wasn't listening for it mainly due to the sudden stop I guess but I was going to check for fuel but I had no screwdrivers on me  (Note to Self)

sounds like spark to me. Did you recall going over a bump just before the "stop" happened? Something may have moved in the bay and caused it do this.

Check for bad or poor crimping Connections on th Coil and Distributor. Sounds like something to do with ignition to coil or Distributor. Use a test lamp or Multimeter to see where voltage gets to and where it stops. Check wires for continuity. If it was fuel pump it would show some signs of chugging and so on before engine actually stops normally. If it is a Clubby, chech the ignition switch the electrical part at the back comes loose with age and feed to coil cuts out.

well you can add me to the list of dodge Spark Plugs. did the fuel first and not a problem their at all so went to see if I was getting Spark. Took a spark plug out and set it to see if I had spark. Bang she started
Lucky enough I had some other spark plugs in the car and fitted 2 and drove home then walk back to Sue's Mini and then drove that home. Now here and take Sues Alternator out and put mini in so she can have her's Mini back
Thankfully it was an easy fix

Did you happen to take any hard right handers Gaf?

I don't have the rubber seal in my fuel cap, because it perished..
And if I fill it to the brim and take a hard right hander.. I may lose a few dollars worth of fuel, but don't tell Matt :P
