Clearing the shed and came across a 22G382 M1100 gearbox. Is it a 3 speed or 4 speed synchro and is it worth keeping. Has a busted diff output shaft.

A 22G382 should have started life as a Mini 850 3 syncro magic wand with B-type gears.

Probably not really worth keeping then! I am sure someone would have a use for it.... seems a shame to tip it!

Have stripped it today and kept the common parts to the 22G1128 4synchro box. Case is now just a resting place for a spare motor.
