I'm looking to get my build on the fast track BIG time, So i've got a big list of stuff I am going to order.
Can I get some Feedback on the process of buying from them, like approx delivery time, and satisfaction with dealing with them.

I DO NOT want to start an open argument about anything so if you have had a bad experience with them, just let me know brief info. :D

Thanks

Hmmm. My experience of late has been quite poor.
I was sold a faulty part and told it would be replaced in two weeks. Six week later nothing. I had to chase them up. I would have thought that good customer service would have been that at the two week mark and the part wasn't available then they would have contacted me, but no.
This is the second order where I have had to chase an order in recent times for similar reasons.
Having said this they are not alone. Service has really dropped off big time. Not only overseas companies.

Getting over it big time!!!!

yea they're pretty good. about 7 days is the norm. A little hint that I will let out to you is if u Order and finalise payment by a tuesday, it'll be here first thing on Monday the next week. This allows them the week to get it out of England, and then to Aus. Wednesday is too late for start of the next week. It wont get to you until at least the wednesday if not the friday. I've bought from the heaps, and experimented, and this works the best for me. It's when it's in aus that will take the longest to get to you. Take 2 -3 days in Aus. Over there its outta the country in 1-2.

Slight Hi-jack (apologies in advance). Just curious, why are you not considering buying local? As I say, just curious.

To be Honest.. Its price.
I will definitely be using local businesses in the build of my car in other areas.

Good question.
For mine, service is more important than price (to a large extent).
And I generally find, the bigger the firm, the worse the service and that's not simply confined to buying parts.
eg Telstra

For me like most it's merely price, finally we can get some affordable parts. Service is nice but I don't earn enough to have that luxury. Both are crap at times. Having said that Ken Nelson (Mini Automotive) is one guy that is the better mini suppliers in the Brisbane/Ipswich area.
