Looking through an old mini book l found this picture. It is the weirdest modification l have seen. The next picture in the book actually shows him inside ready to drive it

That I think you will find is Andy Saunders, Mini "chopper' extraordinaire. I believe car was officially recognised as the worlds lowest car (or something) by the Guiness book of records. :lol:
