Looking through an old mini book l found this picture. It is the weirdest modification l have seen. The next picture in the book actually shows him inside ready to drive it

also notice hairstyle, tucked in shirt, what looks like TRACK PANTS with belt loops and fly. couple this with the socks and sandles...

That I think you will find is Andy Saunders, Mini "chopper' extraordinaire. I believe car was officially recognised as the worlds lowest car (or something) by the Guiness book of records. :lol:
