| Post subject: | temp gauge wiring |
Firstly, I know nothing. With that out of the way and the playing field level, I gotta smiths temp gauge which has two terminals plus the light fitting. One terminal has the letter B next to it and the other terminal has the letter T next to it. So i wanna hook it up. Light is easy, no worries, but I have tried all my pea brain can think of. So what am i doing wrong? which is the sender wire? which is the earth? which way do i hold my tongue? I have tried all configurations and still no joy. |

I think the B is battery and T is thermistor (sender unit) |
