There are long felt strips that change position when you twist the knobs on the front

Its a bit of a monster.

I'm not sure what that thing came out of, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't a mini.

Bugger!

Actually, I wouldn't mind a 15/50. Nice looking car (Thanks Gerald!)

If you do get one I have a factory workshop manual for the 4/44 and 15/50.

Just missed out on a 15/50 a few yrs ago. They seem to be a lot rarer than the 4/44.

Maybe cos it was (I think) first of the "BMC" Wolseleys.

Probably because the body had been around for a while by the time they fitted the B series engine.
4/44 production = 29,845 between 1953-1956
15/50 production = 12,352 between 1956-1958 (figures stolen from wikipedia!)

Looks like a bodgie to me...

Look at where the strap passes through the top box. It looks like a few holes were drilled..

It is not a ZA/ZB Magnette, a better car than the Wolseley. Then again I have one.
It looks like a British type of heater with the demister tubes and provision for the blower which is probably in the engine bay.
