I just need to know what to connect each pin to in a 5 pin relay with head lights, so i can stop blowing switches.

This how to by convertible mini explains the pin numbers. Have a read through both of those.

Wiring Headlight Relays... Check out my How to. It is all explained there specifically for wiring headlight relays on Mini. It is simple.
