Personal preference. I'm giong to raise mine, as I have 12x5's and they rub on the plastic flares, which never sounds good. Are you trying to bottom the car out, or just take a bit out? |

hi-lo's then you lower or raise to your hearts content. I think on the lowest of my hi-lo's i can just fit/squeeze a finger between the wheel and guard... |

If you have good cones (clubman/non hydro suspension) then it will sit quite high. The normal 12 x 5s have the same outside diameter as the 10s so that doesnt make much difference. Mine was sitting too high, just put the HiLos in and you can set the ride height to whatever you want. I wanted mine lowered for better handling/corner speed, and it looks muchus betterus ![]() |

Mine's got new cones front and back so as you can imagine it sits a bit high, can't lower her too much though or the ruddy huge muffler would be ripped off going over the next speedhump, who invented those bloody things anyway, I know what I'd like to do to him ![]() |

Just re-read..doesn't really matter to the height it should be, but the method of acheiving the height would be different...I think he has a dry mini anyway ![]() |
