Hello All
I am going to build an engine and would like some opinions.
998 with 120 thou pistons , 1098 with 60 thou pistons or if possible 998 with 120 thou pistons and 1098 crank ?
Thanks.

what are you aiming for? something to rev its nuts off for peak power or low down torque?

998 are fun just for the revs but you'll be able to take the 1098 further, what have you got to work with?

i'm assuming you've got a 998 or a 1098 to start with?

i'm biased as i've got one... 1275 is best! but a very close second is an 1100 + 60 thou and build it on the premise of bolting on an sc12 after it's run in!

yummy sc12 on an 1100+60!

i have a few small blocks with both 998 and 1098 cranks . I am more interested in torque i think . I have a 202 head ,RE 13 cam, headers , rc40 but cant decide on what crank and piston set up.
Thanks again everyone.

Is the 202 head still stock? or has it been ported out?
