Post subject:  Thread in top of Manifold ?

hey all, On the cast-iron inlet manifold (standard).. what is the thread on either end ?
Sometimes it has a brass plug, but there is usually one open thread with a barbed fitting or somthing.....

I'm wanting to put a Hobbs switch in there and need a 1/8BSP Female thread to put it into .....

Little help ?
Cheers

kazjim are u using a standard inlet manifold for your turbo setup. if s did u have to remove a fairly large amount of material for the 1 3/4" carb
