Are these rear seats missing head rests or are these frames for something else?

They look like standard low back seats with extra tabs welded on for headrests.

Tim's right.

They're early seats, worth a bit more than high backs.

The tabs are a P.O mod though, not sure what the deal is there.

If you're after high backs, they're common as anything, I have two you can have for the cost of postage if you're really keen - they're just taking up room.

Or i'll do you a swap.

I wanted lowback seats.. I just got confused about what the tabs were for..

Intruth I actually thought the backseat was a bench. Not two seats..

Thanks for the offer to swap thou.

Nah, there weren't any bench seats

Just 4 individual seats

Being an export, can you even use low backs in the front?
I know the ADR for that came in 72, so what does your ADR plate say?

For little wheelers sure, they were 4 individual seats, the later mokes did have the option of a factory rear bench seat (folding?) im not all that up on later mokes... besides... 4 seats in a Moke is a topless sedan, not the pure breed roadster that it was designed to be... 2 seats is all ya need!
