mine looks pretty manky. can they be done? i see there is a small spring in there should i remove it? might be cheaper to buy new? ![]() |

I would use chrome paint... They don't come apart, which is really necessary if you are going to electroplate it.. ![]() |

i did use chrome paint they just look manky after a while. the chrome paint never seems to set hard, maybe ill look into some 2pac chrome paint & cook it in the oven. |

You could just get them zinc'd, looks nice and you won't have to pull them apart. |

Chrome powdercoating comes up ok except needs to get to 200+ degrees. Recon they could handle it? Pm me if your interested or have a spare and Ill see if my mate will do it. He's cheap as, more doing it as a hobby/ to see how to powdercoat! So like I said wouldent be perfect but I was impressed! |

i ended up doing these in a 2pac metalic paint. they look good & i cooked them in the oven for 20mins.. come out rock hard & shiny. |
