saw these http://www.murphskits.com/catalog/produ ... cts_id=138 and thought they could be useful I know they are on a motorbike website but they could be fitted to a mini if you could get the right size BTW what size are Mini bleed nipples and are they the same size for each application Brakes / Clutch ??? |

Sounds great! Would hate to have one fail though.... Mine are different from rear drums to front discs to booster.....Another way to make bleeding annoying lol |

They used to be available from Mini specialists in the UK back in the '70s. I've got them on my Cooper S and they are still working fine. |

Theyre still available from earls/speedflow/aeroquip and those sort of people. |

Think of it as a normal bleeder with a check valve inside. When the bleeder is tightened, it's mechanically sealed and the check valve doesn't do anything booster should be the same as discs, and drums are different front to rear so fitting those isn't a lot different to the standard setup discs and clutch are 3/8UNF, can't remember what the rears and front drums are |

ive done the same as the ez bleeder, but with a Tom Thumb pump from autobarn only cost a few bob, and you can use the pump for any vehicle fluid, only problem is you can push dirt from the bleed screw into the brakelines, better to go from the top |

pretty cool idea of all cars i have owned minis are the worst to bleed brakes on |
