Hi All,

Have electronic A+ distributors with two wires comming out.
One white.
One white with black trace.
Where do the wires go?

Are some of these distributors disigned for a coil with a resistor?

Thanks

Hi all,
This is the distributor.

One white wire
One white with black trace
Where do they go?

I assume one is the negative side of the coil, and the other is positive - but which is which? I don't want to assume and then fry the little balck box.

On mine the all-white goes to the positive and the white with black line goes to negative. I can't seem to find my Haynes Metro manual to scan the diagram.

It may be the case that your distributor has male connectors on one terminal and female on the other. This is often a good check too.

I think your right. I have the same a+ dizzy and the 2 wires have different sPades . Male and female. Should match up to your coil. My white/blk trace goes to neg side of coil.
