i have a 4-70 mini
1, i dont have rear seatbelts, do i need them for rego, never came with them
2, i dont have a heater ,do i need one
who does mod plates in brisbane?

1. ADR for rear belts did not come into force until Jan 1971, or later. My 3/70 car still has no rear belts.
2. Unless it is a Cooper S or MiniMatic, a heater was optional in 1970.

in vic only the rear middle seat requires a seatbelt up to 1970 odd
and since there isnt a midle seat they never put belts in untill the clumban made after 1970 odd, thats my understanding
