There is a user on here called MINIAC but they're a vic resident, and the plate on their car is different.

It could be the same man , he moved ( I think ) from Nhill to Newcastle about two years ago

I had seen a Vic-registered MINIAC in Frankston (Melbourne bayside) about 10 years ago. It belonged to the boyfriend of my then boss's daughter.
