These large journal conrods, are they worth my while trying to get for a 1275 build? Going to be built for track/hot road. Is a large journal crank something to be wary of getting? |

i like large journal cranks either to stroke them longer,,, or as they are & if i leave them as they are then i prefer to use A+ rods ,,, preferably A+ turbo rods if you can find them 
but thats just me, others may (& do often) have differing opinions

A+ turbo rods if you can find them Yeap, large journal all the way. Matt, I've never seen Turbo Rods and they are not listed in any of the Metro Parts books. Got a part number or pic? |

Get the innocenti rods - all the best english racers use them. they are the best for large journal rods.Best contacting english forums - aussies don't use them probably because they don't have access to them as we didn't get the engines that used them...... |
