Gday all, fitted new chrome rear bumper bar and the newly painted boot hinges scrape on the bumper ![]() |

They are always very close. Try elongating the holes on the mounting lip a little so that you can move the bumper back a bit. Use larger flat washers. Maybe the rear of your car has taken a hit at some stage? |

I have found the new bumpers are a slightly different bend to the old ones and therefore do not fit as well |

yeah this is normal, drill out the mounting holes. |
