The floor area of my car was pitted with rust pin holes and needed replacing. As I did not want to buy a complete boot floor I set about making a set of rollers to form the grooves in the boot floor in the wheel well - works great.
If any body has the need to make a similar panel the rollers are available at my place to use - takes about 10 minutes to form the grooves.

Good work John, how did it go? Does the panel curl much as you roll the grooves?

I was looking at rollers to roll the ribs in the floor sections for the Moke but I will probably do them in a folder.

If you roll it back and forth, starting with gentle pressure and then gradually increasing on successive runs, you can slowly form the ribs without curling.

If you are looking at longer lines like the floor sections, then a folder would work better. I made up a rear floor section for my Mini that way but unfortunately I don't have access to the folder anymore.

The process is slowly applying more pressure until you get the gorrcet depth.
I simply machined the shape from a couple steel blaks and support the rollers in a heavy frame running on an old "A" series rocker shaft utilising the shaft carriers to mount it upon.
You could do any profile based on what ever shape you machine the rollers, many years ago I helped a bloke build a complete Willys Jeep body from stainless using the same principle

Is the image a jpeg or jpg file on your computer ? , if you have an Imageshack or similar account just upload it to that and work from there , its pretty straight forward , in Imageshack for example , once the image is uploaded ( make sure you upload in 800x600 size ) and you open My Images , on the right hand side of the image is a menu , second from the top is " Image details " click on that to select image , now that the image has opened in a separate window ( depending on browser settings ) on the far right is another vertical menu click on " Embed this image " a drop door menu opens and you can select " Forum " by one click to highlight then just copy and paste into post on Ausmini , no need for any alterations , just paste as it is , always preview before posting to make sure it pasted properly
