Hi everyone... Marly here... Matt asked me to let you all know he is still in the land of the living after having a second stent put in at the PA hospital on Wednesday.. Things didn't go quite according to schedule, he actually had another heart attack while they were doing the stent so he is still in hospital but doing ok. We hope to get him home tomorrow and he will be resting and recovering and probably typing alot of words for you all to read..xx

Matt and Marly

Personally I cant think of a better place to have another heart attack than lying on an operating table with cardiac surgeons already irrigating the heart and monitoring everything.

Your having a rough trot but behind the scenes there is a real battle between the demons and the guardian angels going on. So far the guardian angels are winning and we all hope they continue to.

Hey all, thanks for all the good wishes, & yeah they can try as hard as they like to kill me but i`m not goin down without a decent fight :-)

I`m back home now, still a bit sore, i still have a decent sized chunk of plaque/clot stuck at the bottom of one of my arteries in my heart, this piece of crap decided to break off & slip through the stent (apparently not that common) & block the artery further down, damn thing!!! & it was a close call to open me up or not but the Doc decided to poke at the damn thing with the wire & broke it up as much as he could but just couldn`t quite break up the last bit so it`s stuck there now

So there i am,,layin on the operating table,,, having another bloody major heart attack,,, actually watching what is causing the damn heart attack on TV,,, isn`t technology wonderful ? :-)

so , because of this piece stuck there, it`s blocking a small section of the lower end of the heart & gave me a fair bit of grief for the next 2 days, sort of like a continuous mini-heart-attack,,, so they kept me there a while longer to make sure there were no more hic-ups from this piece of crap lodged in my heart,,, & waited till it settled down some,,, there`s not much they can do about it & they really don`t want to open me up for just that tiny-weeny bit of crap so it`s staying there & i`ll deal with it with my diet... breaking it down naturally, so-to-speak

But, i`m now on a whole new range of pills, all sorts of weird things, enough to make me rattle when i walk now :-)

so it`s all rest & relax for me for a couple of weeks & then onto the cardio-rehab program early next year

i`ll be all good in a few months & back to work as normal

Marly thanks you all for the kind words & i thank you all for your concerns & wonderfulness also :-)

one thing i have to say is a big thank you to one of my customers/friends (Andrew P) thanks mate , you`ve opened my eyes to a wonderful program that i reckon has already saved my life, cheers mate, i owe you a big one.
