Post subject:  New Shocks

I am looking to buy some new shocks tonight and i have no idea what to get.
I would like to replace the current ones on my rover to compliment the 13x7" rims that are arriving later this week.
What do you guys i recommend?
I am looking for a normal ride height or even the fancy adjustable ones if they are cheap enough.

These have my vote.

I run a set of these with 13x7's and they are great for a road car.
Cheers Pete

They look pretty good for the price :o
Do you have any model numbers of the ones you have? I might give a few local places a call and try and get it through them if its possible.
Alas they are from the South Australia mob and i rather pass for personal reasons.

Someone told me Spax make a nice shock as well.

The KYB AGX dampers are the next model up from the KYB gas a just and are 8 way adjustable and also are a twin tube damper .
I have been running them for 2 years now ,like them a lot more than the Gaz or Spax that I have had in the past.

Had to chime in with the UK offering....

Might come in cheaper even with postage.

I can understand buying mini pieces that are made in the uk and cutting out a few middle men by getting it shipped, but buying common stuff like shocks that you can get through any auto chain store is getting a bit over the top.

Granted the mini sport au link is pretty over priced as always. But you should get them locally cheaper than uk even before postage.

Also consider with buying from the uk ... If customs do a check on ur goods coming in add about 50 bucks from DHL it'll take a few days but u will get it.

Cheaper is an understatement....considering most of their gear is directly from the uk
