If they lengthened the wheelbase by 18cm and raised the roof by 10 cm and only released it with a 2 litre diesel there would be a market in Australia , no problems at all

.

May I ask, why those particular measurements?

If its based on the Countryman it takes it to 4m 27.7cm , and the height to 1m 74.1cm , extra load length and load height , having longer and higher sides also gives extra space for signage

The 2.0L N47 diesel automatic would be the engine of choice

.

Really ? Oh , well then think market share , think competitors in the same urban/ inner city commercial vehicle market , think load height, load area , etc, etc , etc and you will come up with the same measurements I did

Except it's not based on the Countryman, it is based on the Clubman.

I wonder if the interior load space would be as much as in my 1976 Mini Van?

Well, if its based on the Clubman then that would mean add 23cm to the length of the wheelbase , and the same 10cm addition to the roofline

The added height to the windscreen / rear screen , door glass would assist with driver visibility

When you start lining up the Class competition like the Volkwagon Caddy you can see why I,ve said that the wheel base has to be longer and roofline higher

A 2ltr diesel automatic would give it an edge in a marketing war , particularly if it was released in Australia but the Asian and European markets have to be assessed first
