Hi All,

Has anyone had any issues with the A+ electronic dizzy (lucas???)?

Have this fitted to the express & the module on the side has been changed twice already (in less than 2 years) and this weekend after fully rebuilding the engine & re-fitting it to the car it sh*t itself again!

Basically it stalls the engine - cuts all power & engine stalls; other times it just breaks down as though the timing is all over the place.

If anyone has had similar issues & or knows a way to rectify this without replacing the module (ie bypassing it) let me know.

What coil are you running?
If dizzy is a 65DM4 , from memory the correct coil should be about 0.7 ohms.
