Doc or Miniman probably know this straight up but what's the correct length bolt going into the engine block through the steady bar bushes. Same size as the one through the master cylinder bracket? Che cheers |

I'm neither of those guys but the bolt is 2" long. Same for the one under the M/Cs. The one for the block maybe 1 3/4" if you don't have the bracket with the solenoid there. |

![]() I did remove sol bracket & used the original bolt. Should be alright largish washer in there & the mattys bushes don't compress much. |

I just measured the original bolt, it is 1-7/8" long. But a 2" would work. This is with the 1970 solenoid bracket setup behind the steady bar, against the block. |
