you could always call up larke.. There is bound to be an old sticker laying around..

Has anybody reproduced a Larke Hoskins dealer sticker?
Can anyone do it or point me to someone who can?
Would like it for my MKII S Ex police resto.

Dealers also commonly used to put labels/stickers under the bonnet on the freshair heater or elsewhere.

Mine says:
"Return for service to
Vern Potts BMC Dealer
Stock No 1093"

They did have a foil service sticker in the engine bay (I can provide a picture if you wish).

I have one of those on the inner guard of my GT.

I don't think they would be laying around. They are not in the same locations as they were when the sold BMC cars.
Their Rosebery site is the old Lucas factory almost next to the BMC plant at Zetland.
Larke Hoskins was the Sydney Austin importer in the early days, they set up an assembly plant at Enfield to assemble Austins which later became PMC (Pressed Metal Corporation) and then eventually taken over by BMC. This is the plant that the Minis were built in from 75 to 78.
Larke Hoskins was a very important part of the BMC story.

If you are talking about a transfer applied to the rear window I've never seen a NSW Police Mini with one. So if you are after a faithful restoration the window should be clear. They did have a foil service sticker in the engine bay (I can provide a picture if you wish).

Anyone got a good photo of the rear Larke Hoskins sticker for the rear windscreen? I met a bloke who said he was in charge of looking after the police minis at Larke Hoskins. He had some interesting stories of selling used parts to his friends when motors where replaced etc....
