I picked up a power unit a couple of months ago from another forum member.

NOW I AM NOT HAVING A GO AT THE MEMBER OR AM I HAVING A WINGE.

Just amazed by what i have found.

The oil pump looked like it had gone 10 round with Mike Tyson, the crank had eaten into the front main cap, wrecking the crank { sad as it was a large j 1100s }, block is a std bore 1100s but will need to be line bored before I can do anything with it.

Now on to what I found.....

When you get WAY too much endfloat and they fall out, they do a few rounds with the gears in the gearbox. The gearbox always wins.
