I have had Dunlop in the past but the car I have bought has Yokohamas , which do you prefer and why as I need to replace them. |

Depends on the model - I personally prefer Yoko's as i've had good experiences with A008's, A539, A048R, A032R - all have been very good at what they were designed for. Dunlop D01J's and Formula R's are good also. There is no one tire fits all, price, life, grip, noise/ride etc all come into play - what are the things that are important to you and what do you use it for? Personally i'd never use anything less than an R compound tire but i don't do alot of km's these days. |

assuming 10", if they're Yoko A008's, then Dunlop D93J's are much better, if they're Yoko A032R's, then the Yokos are meant to be better so Yoko A008 < Dunlop D93J < Yoko A032 Mini Mad wrote: Dunlop D01J's and Formula R's are good also.
D01J's are 12" Formula R D93J's are 10" Formula R |

A008s will last longer than the Dunlops, and IMO they are not a bad road tyre- hell we used to run them on the track before A032R came out! ![]() Most of the other brand roady 165/70s we still can get are rubbish now. |
